Auger Wormley – Independent Author, Researcher, Inventor, Thinker, Psychopath
Chances are good that you’ve never heard of me. That’s because the world isn’t designed in a way that grants me attention and I haven’t been working hard to get any. I thought that I could simply create interesting things and people would pay attention, if they wanted to. I still feel that should be enough. I trust that my ideas are original and interesting and that I can communicate them sufficiently to them out into the world. If this turns out not to be true, then they didn’t deserve to spread.
But wait. Psychopath? Yes. Psychopathy is a personality disorder that’s represented in all populations in small numbers – estimates run from 1 to 5%. Odds are very good that you’ve brushed up against at least a few genuine psychopaths in your life and you probably didn’t enjoy the experiences. Psychopathy is characterized by impaired emotion and empathy, as well as dis-inhibition, deceitfulness, narcissism, and anti-social behaviors. Truth be told, I’m a low-level psychopath; enough to cause me problems, but not so much that I can’t compensate for it if I work at it. Being what it is, though, it’s given me a unique perspective on life and insights that would be hard for a normal person to come to terms with.
I started a project a few decades ago based on the idea that there was a universal reading list that everyone could read in a specific order that would bring the best results for education. I now realize that this is a fool’s errand, but it led me to write a book that condenses many of the most important concepts in life that don’t seem to be taught to people. This project assumes that you’ve been educated through high school and is aimed at Americans (because that’s my native culture). It has a decidedly psychopathic perspective that will help psychopaths live better lives and help normies be aware of people like me and the strategies I might employ. It might also show people how psychopaths have value, especially when your world takes a dangerous turn.
